These terms apply to the cEDH Deck Compare website, MCP server, and ChatGPT or Codex plugin published by Dmytro Polianskyi. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

You may use the service for lawful personal or commercial deck research. Do not interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, automate abusive traffic, or submit content you are not allowed to process.

Evidence, not advice

The service shows provider records and exact calculations over those records. It does not promise competitive results, estimate your chance to win, or provide professional or financial advice. Verify tournament and card information at the linked provider before relying on it.

Third-party services

Tournament records are sourced from TopDeck, card information from Scryfall, and combo information on the website from Commander Spellbook. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Availability and provider records may change.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Features or these terms may change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
